Susan is partnered with real estate agents
spanning convenient locations throughout Hampton Roads, to give you more complete coverage of the Virginia Beach, Norfolk, Chesapeake, Suffolk, Hampton, Newport
News, York County, Gloucester, Hayes, Matthews, Smithfield, Isle of Wight, Williamsburg, and James City County areas. You have a
powerful combination of expertise in the real estate buying and selling experience.
Constant training in buyer representation, years of experience working with
e-buyers, experience assisting buyers with new home/new construction purchases, and familiarity
with all of Hampton Roads all combine to make your transaction as smooth
as possible!
And when it comes time to sell your home, we have expertise in marketing, setting price and
negotiating that sale on your behalf. There is no reason to switch
to another agent when it comes time to sell your home in the future, as
you would have to do with a company which offers only
buyer brokerage.

Look who's on board!
Linda
Sue Hughes is the first addition to the Morning Star Realty, LLC team. She
earned her Virginia real estate license in early 2007 and is excited to be in the
business. She has received intensive training in buyer representation and
has clearly demonstrated not only superb skill, but also a capacity to take
great care of her clients...with whom she remains in close touch! Linda is a native of Milwaukee, Wisconsin and is proud to be
called a “cheesehead”. In 1989 she married Tim Hughes, and promptly became a
military wife (the toughest job in the Air Force). Between June 1989 and
August 1994, Linda lived in Tucson, Arizona, in Pirmasens, Germany, and in
Bedford, England. In 1994 she moved to the Hampton Roads area and has been a
part of the community ever since. She is actively involved in her church and
enjoys scrapbooking, traveling, NASCAR, and anything Disney. As a previous
military family relo pro herself, her first love in real estate is helping
families settle into the area and become at home quickly. She currently
resides in York County with her husband and three beautiful children. Her
goal in life is to live each day to the fullest and enjoy it while it lasts.
You can reach Linda Sue at 757-286-2022 or
via email.

Albert T Brooks grew up an
Air Force brat, moving cross-country 4 times before the age of 7, before
settling in Hampton for a 21-year layover. While there, he graduated
from Old Dominion University with an English degree and a minor in
Marketing, and got hooked on sail boat racing. Albert moved to Chicago
in 1995 to begin a career in print and internet marketing. After meeting
and marrying his wife Julie, and starting a family, they decided Chicago
winters were either too cold or too long (or both), and returned to the
Peninsula in 2004. They now live chaotically in Seaford, York County
chasing after their 4 children, (aged 7, 6, 5, and 2),
2 cats, 1 dog, and 23…no…wait, now it’s 22 fish.
Albert
demonstrates a consistent flair for developing relationships and is very
prompt with communication and follow up, both of which are extremely
important in relocation, whether his clients are buying OR selling a
home...For your residential real estate needs, you can reach Albert at
757-303-9465 or
