Dental - Find a local dental provider. Schools - Search public, private, and charter schools by state, city, school district, county, or street address. Federal tax publication 17 -Overview of federal tax forms, what is deductible and what is not when it comes to home ownership. See page 142 for an explanation of deductible expenses on Schedule A; in some cases mortgage related expenses, real estate and personal property taxes, and state income taxes paid make itemizing deductions beneficial over taking the standard deduction.
